According to Spanish radio station Cadena SER, the Spanish left-wing coalition Sumar submitted a motion to the Spanish parliament on Wednesday, demanding that Spain not co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup with Morocco.
This is a non-legal proposal; Sumar is calling for a parliamentary debate on hosting the 2030 FIFA World Cup. The Sumar parliamentary group believes the current situation "requires all parties involved in organizing the event to genuinely and consistently respect human rights, international law, and the democratic principles that should govern the exercise of public power."
